Application Requirements

  • 5 images of work must be submitted with application regardless of medium. If the artist creates in several mediums, they will need to submit images for each type they wish to have represented in the gallery..

  • Artwork submitted should include a description of the piece, title, medium, and list price on the piece

  • Work must be in its original form (no prints unless it is photography). (Print reproductions will be allowed in the gallery once the artist is juried in.)

  • Work should be “gallery ready,” meaning they are finished/framed as you intend to present them in an exhibition at Vision Arts Gallery. (Note: wall art must be wired and use “d-rings” for hanging depending on size. Table-framed art must use frames with a kickstand for display. No sawtooth hangers allowed.)

  • All work should be of original design, material, and execution. For example, in beaded jewelry - it is desired that the beads be handmade unless a detailed beaded application is being used (i.e., seed beads).

  • All work must be for sale.

  • A $40 non-refundable jury fee is required at the time of submission.

  • If the Gallery Director(s) would like an in-person meeting to view the artist’s actual pieces, they will contact you directly with a calendar link to set that up.

Accepted Artists Information

Accepted artists will receive notice along with a New Member package and a contract that must be signed and returned to Vision Arts Gallery before any work may be exhibited. The Gallery Directors will arrange a date and time for a new member orientation to provide you with valuable information about Vision Arts Gallery and gallery policies and procedures.

Artists who are not accepted at this time will receive juror feedback and overall scores. This feedback is provided as a means toward constructive development of the work and possible areas of future study. The staff is not authorized or informed to discuss scores or results with applicants.

Exhibiting Artist Model (6/1/2026)

Vision Arts Gallery is more than a traditional gallery model, we are a more flexible, community-driven structure. Instead of paying for a fixed wall space like the traditional model, artists have a flexible presence within the gallery, with opportunities to grow through participation, teaching, and visibility.

The new model has several new tiers for involvement in the gallery that are flexible and designed to meet you where you are as an artist and how involved you wish to be with the gallery. The following table describes the pricing and required involvement for each tier. Any questions you have prior to joining our artist family, please ask the Gallery Directors.
