Marbled Paper Workshop w/ Marlene Davis

Students will learn the method of marbled paper. Paints or inks will float on a liquid base and be manipulated to create a pattern or design. This can then be transferred to cloth or paper for making stationary, greeting cards, backgrounds for other artworks.

Age: adult

Skill level: beginner, intermediate, advanced

Supplies needed: Art paste, paper, large tubs for water, drying rack, acrylic paints or inks, various items such as combs, pencils, toothpicks cardboard/posterboard scraps. All supplies will be supplied by the instructor.
