Photography for Good, a special art exhibition and silent auction celebrating the life and work of local photographer Terry “TJ” Egan.
Terry Egan, who passed away on August 12, 2025, was known throughout the Grand Strand for his generosity, faith, and commitment to helping others. Before pursuing photography professionally, Terry built a career as a fundraiser, dedicating his life to helping small non-profit organizations succeed in their missions.
“Even water falling reminds me of the life it brings,” Terry once wrote — sentiments that continue to echo through his images.
Through his photography, Terry captured the beauty of North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, and the waterfalls of North Carolina. His work reflected a deep appreciation for creation and a belief that God’s presence can be seen in everyday moments.
The exhibition features a silent auction of Terry’s photography, with all proceeds benefiting The Adaptive Surf Project, a local organization that provides inclusive surf experiences for individuals of all abilities — an organization Terry was passionate about supporting.
