This class is not about creating perfect artwork. It's about slowing down, listening inward, and using creativity as a tool for reflection, growth, and self-expression.
Throughout the series, you'll create a personal art journal that becomes a visual record of your journey while learning simple mixed media techniques, creative prompts, and mindfulness practices you can continue long after the class ends.
